It's Fall



It got pretty cool today only in the upper 60's. Big change after yesterday's hi of 88. Have had Jill home all week after going to the e.r. sun. with stomach aches. I think she's going back to school tomorrow but will have to take her lunch. They start fall break after tomorrow. My elderly neighbor Ann gave me a pot of mini roses for picking up her mail. I told her when I started picking it up that I didn't want to be paid, have to pick up mine anyway.
I have been a busy knitter this week, made a cardigan for Jessie & have started on 1 for Jillian. I also made 2 crochet shrugs but gave the one pictured away. I don't have a pic of the last one but I love it. As soon as I finish Jillians I am going to make the one pictured again only in rose heather & a little longer, more like a bolero. Well I'm off to watch Ugly Betty.
