busy busy

I thought with school starting that life would slow down for me, but no it has been much busier. We've spent a lot of time at the lake. the girls and I went camping Frid. night just us girls. We had a good time that night but Jillian copped her attitude the next day, she did straighten up tho & the rest of the day went well. They had open house their Sat. and had things for sale. I bought a cute Halloween candy dish for a $1 and a care bear bank for Jillian, some water guns for Jaimie & Jess, and a big down under looking camo hat for hubby. The girls are off to church with a neighbor this morning & hubby just left for S.Carolina.
Started being a co-leader for Jillians & Jaimies Girl scout troop this past Tues. and will be having meetings weekly here at my home since most of the girls live by me. This week we are going to make pins out of 10 mesh plastic canvas with troop number on them & will later start teaching them to knit including the leader. I am really looking forward to that! 9 future knitters! well 7, my 2 already know how some. will work them a little before so they can also help the other girls.
well gotta run & give the pooch his meds and start working on a cardigan for Jaimie, I made 1 for Jillian & Jessie last yr. also need to work on a baby afghan for my cousin & start 1 for my niece, just found out 3 days ago I'm gonna be a great aunt again.
